Meta/Facebook Platform Data

If you connect your Meta assets (Facebook Page, Instagram account, Ad Account, Pixel, Catalog), we process data retrieved via Meta APIs solely to provide and improve the Service. This includes account metadata, campaign structures, insights, and creative assets where permitted by you.

  • We comply with Meta Platform Terms, Marketing API Terms, and all applicable policies.
  • We do not sell Meta Platform Data and we do not transfer it to data brokers or ad networks.
  • We do not combine Meta Platform Data with third-party data in ways prohibited by Meta.
  • We only retain Meta Platform Data as long as necessary to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it.

Meta Permissions & Scopes

We request only the minimum permissions required to operate features you choose to use (e.g., ad account management, insights, creative upload). You can revoke permissions at any time from your Facebook/Instagram settings. When permissions are revoked, we stop accessing and will delete retained data that is no longer necessary.

We honor user controls, respect rate limits, and do not attempt to bypass Meta protections. We cooperate with Meta audits and remediate issues promptly.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you have connected Facebook or Instagram to Aells and wish to request deletion of data obtained via Meta APIs, you can:

  1. Disconnect Aells from your Facebook/Instagram account in your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Submit a deletion request by emailing team@aells.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion".
  3. We will confirm and complete deletion of relevant Meta Platform Data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

We delete cached tokens promptly upon disconnect and remove residual logs per our retention schedule.
